30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase to initiate a return. We will gladly accept returns of new (uninstalled) product for a refund or merchandise exchange. There is a $10 return shipping, restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. For gift purchases, a merchandise exchange will be issued for the full value of the merchandise. Previously installed products & gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds will not be processed until receipt of the returned purchase. All returns must be authorized by a CargoSmart customer service representative before a refund or exchange will be given. To expedite a return of new grips, please contact info@CargoSmartLLC.com or call 1-844-295-9217.

Products purchased from our retailers are subject to the return policy of each specific retailer. Please refer to your receipt or local store for more information.
WHAT AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Upon return receipt of the new and uninstalled product, the purchase price & applicable taxes paid per item returned will be refunded. Shipping fees are not applicable for refund. A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
