HOW IS X-TRACK & E-TRACK INSTALLED?
what hardware is needed to install x-track & e-track rails?
This will depend on the location & use of the X-Trail or E-Track rails & accessories that you've selected. The X-Track & E-Track rails do not include installation hardware due to the range of use that can occur. For specific assistance to your needs, please see your local hardware store or contact our Customer Support & Sales team:

What Is the difference between X-Track & E-Track?
E-Track rails only allow you to hang items in one direction, depending on how the the rail is mounted. X-Track rails provide the same secure anchoring system as traditional E-Track rails, but the innovative “X” pattern allows for X-Track rails to be installed either horizontally or vertically, allowing for more versatile usage.
Do you offer a product warranty?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
